Skills Required:
- Can create 100% valid css/xhtml code
- Knows the in and outs of WordPress completely
- Knows how to modify the admin area of WP + WordPressMU
- Skilled in writing advanced custom PHP software
- Knows how to write good MySQL Queries
- Graphic Design knowledge is a huge plus
