Wordpress Modifications 05.04.08

i need a person who is master in wordpress to complete some modifications like:
1. there is google adsense search box whose result is getting displayed on other page. but need to display the search result within blog content area.
2. need banner manager plugin installed and make sure that we can create banner category or page wise.
rest are basic adjustment… not take more then 1 hour for small adjustments… main are mentioned above.
THIS IS URGENT.. HAVE TO GET IT DONE THIS WITHIN few HOURS (LESS then 24 hours) as i believe this is not complex for those who know what you they are doing!!
