Wordpress Theme And Mod 04.07.08

My project requirement is:
1. Change the current theme to a brighter theme
2. Add this plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/
3. And this plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/
4. And, currently when you click a video, the page url just adds a #. I want a programmer to fix this so that clicking the video takes the user to a unique page. The plugin that currently is on the site that creates the videos is –http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tubepress/
