Ok - this is a pretty simple project. I would like you to find out
the exact legal scenario, for US based citizens, who share files.
I would like to know what is legal, and what is illegal.
This writing task will include the following sections:
1. What is the difference between uploading and downloading?
2. What happens if you download copywrited material?
3. What happens if you upload copywrited materials?
4. What is the difference between piracy and copyright theft?
5. What is Intellectual property? What are patents?
6. What is copyright law? What is the WORST that can happen?
7. What copyright laws effect US citizens?
Please understand - I know generally, what is right and wrong.
But, I would like to hire you, to find out the exact legal position
for US citizens. What are they allowed to do? What should they not do?
This job will take some research. I do NOT want you to explain what
file sharing is. I am only interested in the legal position at the
current moment, so include recent court decisions if possible. Let
me know what US citizens CAN do, and what they should NOT do …
