X-cart Custom Add-on 08.10.08
Hi,
We are looking for a custom modules to be created for our X-Cart store.
Ok here goes
We use X-Cart back-end to control our orders but I want to streamline it a little further to allow us to actually purchase stock from our suppliers from the back end.
So this is the idea that I want in reality.
1 - Have a menu option to add suppliers with full supplier details. (Similar to the Users section in the admin panel which is a list of customers)
2 - Have a Sourcing board, this will allow our purchasers to purchase stock on orders the have the status of Credit Released.
3 - We have a number of statuses with regard to a order. Orders that are ready to be purchased can only be seen in the sourcing board.
4 - Once in the sourcing board we would like to enter the order in the same fashion as if you had to enter in the order in the orders section that currently exists in the current xcart system, however under each line item I would like a drop down box where I can choose the supplier I am buying the stock from + Plus a field where I can put the price I am buying it for including a qty field. incase I am only buying say 1 of a qty of 10 for this particular line item. once I press the submitt button I would like a email to be send to my supplier in the form of a Purchase Order.
5 - Status after this point on the order will automatically be changed to Stock incoming.
For further details let me know, I need to have someone which is very familiar with X-Cart to do this job.
Its a urgent job and who every bids must be available to start the job right away.
