1. We will escrow to the selected bidder for 30% first.
2. ONCE the money is PAID to the escrow, we start to count the time.
3. Programmer need to show the code is working in his server first, then we will escrow the rest of the money.
4. Programmer NEED to SEND full code to us to test in our server. (money already paid to ESCROW)
5. We will ONLY pay, if and only if the SCRIPT is done without any error.
6. detail documentation should be included
7. if possible, try DO NOT modify the zen cart core file.
8. Programmer MUST keep contact with us by MSN or other messenger. So that we can keep debug the code without dealy. consider that you save time, you will get EXTRA money.
9. the code must be XHTML 1.0, can pass the w3c.org test.
BONUS for the GOOD PROGRAMMER!!!

EXTRA money will be GIVEN if the script can deliver to us BEFORE the deadline. 5% PER DAY, MAX 40%.
e.g. if the script price is USD100, 30 days limit.
The programmer deliver to us, tested, without error on date 20th. (10 days earlier)
Then we will pay EXTRA USD40 to him.

We have BAD experience that we paid, but the programmer NEVER deliver the code or deliver the code a month later…
it is meaning less to us.
So, for most of our project, we will POST the SAME project AT LEAST TWICE, select TWO programmers.
If BOTH programmers can deliver the script to us BEFORE THE deadline.
Don’t worry, we will pay to BOTH programmers.
However, if the time limit is 7 days.
Our Max willing pay day limit is 14 days. (7 days more)
After that, please kindly RETURN the money to us from escrow or we will simply ask scriptlance to do so.
Please think before you bid, we willing to pay EXTRA money as BONUS.
but we DO NOT want to waste time, and we DO NOT need quick but dirty code.
as we may need your future help, such as upgrade.
