Zencart Xml Order Processing 10.03.08
I have an ecommerce web site running on ZenCart. We are switching to a new distributor with a new order fulfillment system.
- Fedex pricing information needs to be calculated at the time of sale and inserted into the order XML file.
- We need to be able to generate orders as an XML file, ftp that XML file to distribtor’s FTP server
- Receive order receipt confirmation in the form of an XML file FTP’d from the distributor to our server, and import that order confirmation XML file into our ZenCart system.
- When the order is shipped, the distributor FTPs a XML notification file, and we send a receipt.
- A batch script (cron?) would need to be created to regularly update the system.
This needs to be completed and fully tested by 3/21 - the sooner the better. We have cooperative technical contacts from both Fedex, and the distributor to help in the integration.
Please provide samples/descriptions of past work. Work needs to be performed largely during US Eastern time (GMT-5) business hours.
