Hey Guys,
I am looking for someone with experience in VOIP Solutions, I want to create a VOIP application that will BYPASS the PSTN and VOIP Networks, and send voice calls over the Internet via Packets.
The VOIP application should be able to send large volumes of simultaneous calls at one time.
We basically want a system like the two companies listed below that will permit free calls for clients to USA, CANADA, UK and European Landlines.

The solution should be totally free for the end user, and we should also allow for sending BULK VOICE messages in the same way.
I want someone with a good knowledge of VOIP SYSTEMS, who has done similar work; you must be clear and precise with what you can offer us, please submit your bid and send details to my P.M.B for review.
PLEASE NOTE: Only qualified people who can deliver should bid on this project, as my associate placed a similar request on Rent A Coder a few weeks back, and all he got was TIME WASTERS, so please none of that, we want a fully working solution.
Technology to be used is negotiable depending on what your BID and PROPOSAL state.
