Need a programmer to help build website
(1) Customer posts job request, describing needs.
(2) Registered users bid for the job.
(3) Customer chooses winning bid, escrows funds, and connects with Contractor.
(4) Upon completion to satisfaction of all parties, Customer/Contractor request the funds be released.
(5) Funds are disbursed per agreement.
Similar in function to Scriptlance.
Want to use already-established industry accepted framework so there is as little programing as possible. Member-site type code is appropriate for much of this.
