Catchall Email Piped To Script  21.06.09

Hi,

I am a developer but am looking for a linux guru. basically I have a standard centos box that i need to set up a catchall domain email for a domain I have hosted on the box, then pipe the incoming emails to a script I have. It has no plesk, no cpanel, etc. On cpanel I can do it and pipe the email in the default address, but on a standard install I don’t know how to do it. If you can guide on how to do this over messenger, I will compensate you more than fairly.
