Paypal Problem, Urgent 30.01.08
Hi,
We have an urgent problem with PayPal!
When a user pays on our site, he is then sent to PayPal (encrypted ‘buy now’ button) and then he is referred back to our site and receives his product.
This used to work just fine.
However suddenly PayPal is not returning the customers to our site anymore. It just says: ‘Thank you for your payment’, and that’s it.
Nothing is reported back to our site.
We didn’t change any of our scripts, we chekced that. We didn’t change any of our PayPal settings either.
Result: angry customers and tacky notes on our site that say they have to mail us when they have paid, so we can mail them a coupon.
Who can help us with this?
We mailed PayPal support of course, but it’s easier squeezing water from a stone than getting help from them…
Right now we are so frustrated that we are even willing to pay for tips about how to solve this.
