Penpal In Joomla 26.08.08

I would like to set up an online community with CB…I think this would be the best option. I am unaware of all the add ons that can be added to this although I have been playing with a few. Joomla is set up however I would like someone to set up and configure CB correctly. You must advise me what add ons you will install and what you would do to create this online penpal community, The best price and suggestions will win the bid. It is an urgent project and bidding will be open for less than 24 hrs. Please PM me what you will do so we have a clear understanding from the outset.
Joomla 1.015 is set up and the template is in place….
There are a few things that must happen:
I want the add on with the flags installed and configured
I want the default tab for community builder removed.
I want all the links for the profile etc set up in the user menu and the main menu
I want a search function configured so that people can run search through the profiles of people from a country or an age/ male and female etc….
I want the invite module for CB installed and configured…
The idea of the site is to create an online community that interacts with each other
