I am looking for an experienced SEO and advert coder to set up a website and to use this website to generate me 50 leads for my UK property business.
A UK property lead is the contact details of a person who is motivated to sell their home for a reduced price This could be due to a number of reasons for example Repossession (foreclosure), Financial difficulties, Divorce and so on.
I am A Property Investor who is looking to expand my business and to venture into the very lucrative lead selling business - I want to test the water with this project.
I would want these leads to be National (from all over the UK) and from any source possible. (Bulk Buying National leads)
This is an easy project if you know what you are doing. Basically I want the leads emailed to me with their details. I will then sort them and sell the ones I can. I have a selling medium in place already
You will be responsible for generating these leads any way your expertise deem fit. (blogging etc)I would want my website to be cloneable so as to have many sites up and running in the near future.
