Pr4+ Links - "no Auto Posts" 31.07.08

I have a good budget but want a fair deal!! Bid and PMB Messages.
I am after 60 links of PR4+. At least 30 links from mobile/cell phone industrys. 30 of the links to be hosted within the UK.
Minimum of 10 of the Links at PR5 and 6 Links at PR6.
Different IP Addresses
No Directories, FFA, JAVAs PHP Header scripts etc. I know all the fake tricks.
I want quality and all links to be permanent.
I will stop this project early to the right bidder.
Type Thursday 31 into top of you PMB to prove reading.
