I need 100 Blog URLs which allow signature/name with URL.

Here are the rules:
1) BLOGS MUST BE RELATED TO ANY TOPIC OF THE FOLLOWING:
PC hardware ,
PC accessories ,
electronics ,
iPod and mp3/mp4 player related.
2) Only blogs allow visitor to leave comment and anchor text with link in signature or name will be counted.
3) The root of the Blogs domain MUST be PR3 or above.
We will pay deposit US$10 escrow payment to get start this project.
Please bid with your cost and delivery date for 100 Blog URLs. If bidder find out less then 100 Blog URLs, we will pay the cost by ratio according to your bidded cost. e.g. If bidder only can provide 50 valided blog URLs, we will pay 50% payment or request bidder to provide the remain URLs.
Please provide the list by execl file.
Provider must show previous experience in such projects.
