Safe chat room with HIGH SECURITY. Filter telephone number and email addresses if they are trying to provide that.
*The chat room must detect bad words automatic and must inform the admin.
* While creating new accounts the system should check the username. Whether they are offensive.
*Also have a small button in the chat program which can be used to report the moderator about violation by a user.
