The Simple School Prototype for Macs
The simple school prototype is an application for school use.
This prototype application is the first step to a future full featured application, if this is initial development is successful.
The system is to be built on a sqlite database on the Mac. Each application will contain multiple school classes.
Each school class is defined by Year, Section and Subject. Each class can consist of multiple lessons. Teachers can take attendance for each lesson. Students are attached to a class. This is grouped into what is known as a roster. Each class can have homework assigned to it.
The various screens for the application are attached as jpegs. The Entity Relationship diagram is also enclosed.
We are thinking Cocoa + Core Data should do it, but open to other proposals
