Asterix Dialer With Skype 05.10.08

I need someone with good experience in Asterix Dialers to convert an Asterix Dialer used for Voice and Fax Broadcasting to work using the SKYPE FLAT RATE BUSINESS PLAN.
The Asterix Dialer is a 500 Channel Dialer, we need to be able to configure it to use the SKYPE BUSINESS PLAN, we need a way of connecting the 500 Channels to SKYPE and making 500 Simultaneous Calls.
Even if we need a Seperate User Account for SKYPE, we must find a way to make this happen. To have a better understanding of what is required you can visit www.voicent.com , and download a small version of the Dialer they have thats compatible with SKYPE.
It will give you an indication of whats required.
Must be able to carry out the following functions when integrated.
Inbound, Outbound and Blended call handling .
Agents can operate remotely
Integrated call recording
Three-Way calling within the agent application
Call Transfer.
