Excel Project  02.02.09

Hello
I am looking for someone to create a vba script or formula.

I have attached a workbook.

On the TRENDS sheet i have data that needs to be matched up with data from the DATA sheet, this can be done from the names on the trend sheet.

I have an example of what it should look like once finished on sheet 5.

The first problem i have is that the names are in different formats. eg.
S.C. Williams = Williams, S C

I need to extract all the data from the DATA sheet to match up correctly.

This will lead to further excel jobs if done correctly and quickly.
