I am looking for a web designer to do 10 cutting edge flash/ html CSS templates/themes. They must be easy to customize, fresh & state of the art. I will give you the basic concept & then you will have complete control over the design as long as they are professionally executed. Here’s a list of concepts I want:

I will own the copyrights to the templates after completed. They can not be templates that you have designed for anyone else or will sell to anyone else in the future. I would like to see a portfolio with examples of other work you have done.
