Help W.paypal Language Problem 13.03.08
Hi,
We have a website that links to PayPal to handle the payments.
Our country is Holland (language: Dutch).
Now some international visitors have complained that when they go to PayPal from our site, they get the PayPal payment page in Dutch.
Here’s an example of what they say:
Thought I’d try your service, but although your entire site is in English, the payment page is in Dutch. While I do read English, Spanish, Italian, Russian, and some French, I do not read Dutch - nor am I inclined to learn it. Sorry. Might want to fix this.
The project is to give us advice so we can solve this problem.
I could post it in PayPal support, but I have such bad experiences with them, that I don’t even try and instead I am posting it here on SL.
You don’t need to give yoru advice on the PMB. If you knwo how to solve it, just make your bid. The problem is finished when this problem is solved…
