Interactive Maps Flash Expert 07.05.08
Looking for a flash expert who can design fully editable flash interactive maps.
It is important to note that the maps must be editable through a .xml.

We require the same functionality with regard to the information bar when you mouse over the images, along with the “State” area highlight and being able to click the image takes you to a specified URL. Can all these functions become fully editable in a .xml file with all possible placements?
For example “State 1″ could refer to “Florida” so if I have an image and all my info, I would be able to type in these variables into the .xml to achieve the desired result. Please type 101 before your bid to ensure you have read this briefing.
The above is just an example. If you could quote us for 1 MAP of SOUTH AMERICA that would be great. If you complete this project to our satisfaction we have at least 4 more maps which need developing.
