Joomla Website Design Urgent 25.05.08
Hi
I need a joomla website based on the psd design attached. I do not have the css for this template.
This joomla website should work in a similar way to: http://www.yourplasticsurgeryguide.com/ or
http://demo.rockettheme.com/sep07/ - As long the menu is on the left side.
The menu on the left will have the main cataegories and on mouse over sub-menus will open up. All pages will be in static html.
The following modules should be added.

The website has to look exactly like the psd design.
The main page will look like the design attached. The subpages will not have content in the body area of the website.
The Contact Us page should have a nice e-mail form with radio boxes so users can select between the different types of procedures offered, budget, name, e-mail, address, city, state, zip code, country and a message box. I would like this information to be saved in a database somehow so it can be later used for mail contact. You should be able to make this page and explain us how it will work.
