One Page Webpage Needed Asap  01.05.09

I need to get a one page, brochure webpage built for a non profit organization ASAP. This will be a simple design, that will need to look close to their brochure. They also have a logo that will be used.

They have a VERY small budget, but I am looking to get it done in the next 12-18 hours.
