Quick Slice Psd To Css Xhtml  27.01.08

I just need someone to quickly slice up a PSD and convert it into a CSS/XHTML layout. It is just one page and does not have a lot of elements. Attached is a preview. The grey and white boxes should be placeholder images. There is also dummy text in there which should be transferred into css font elements.

Let me know if you can do this and how long it would take :)
