Re-design web-page from div format to tables:

Here is the original format: www.sfdjina.com/x-original/index-1.html

I need to have that page turned into a table format — with one modification. Please use a different background image, one covering the entire background, rather than being split in two as on this site. Please do not use the current CSS , please just make a new one tailored to the new page.
