Feeds to be obtained from oodle.com for 20 cities for apartments, homes, condo’s, vacation, garage, commercial, roommates and other. Feeds to update automatically every 24 hours. Ads to appear for 30 days then automatically delete from data base.
Site to provide simple sign up process (email confirmation and Captcha) allow visitors to post ads 1 free picture and offer upgrades (bolding, feature ad, etc.) with Paypal payment system. Ad pages to have search engine friend URL’s and automatic page titles, Meta key words, descript. from ads. Google ads stacked down the right side of each page.
Site design to be simple clean and freshÂ… must be fast loading
