Simple Web Page Layout 07.05.08
I need a very simple web page similar to this one:

I need a small graphic header similar in size. Text on the header:
“Approved Home Business Opportunities” A picture should be used that is money-oriented - either a luxury lifestyle picture or work at home oriented.
Below that I need areas to feature only 2 opportunities. There should be a graphic header at the top of the area with the ability to edit text over the top of that header portion.
Similar layout at the bottom -
- Room for text content on the left
- to the right - a frame where I can add an opt in box. The border around this frame should be dashed and bold.
Colors used should match the green and orange (maybe a little gray) used here:

I also need a similar exit pop us script as what is running here:

This script should be implemented on the page you create along with directions to control the url that is popped in.
This should be a very quick and easy project for someone with basic html/graphics skills and a little bit of javascript knowledge.
