Update Drupal Installation 02.09.08
What we have:
We have a Drupal server v5.7 with 125 enabled modules for one host including i18n, 150 articles/faqs/images. Its has basically static content, no forums, no comments, 3 users.
What we want:
Is a setup running two domains for the delivery of eBooks and other products. That is to have the setup updated to the latest version, changed to multihosting (i.e. using the domain access project module) running an extra domain and have the following modules installed as well:
- Ubercart with payment interface to Worldpay
- Feed-API und feedAPI_mapper
- LoginToboggan
- VotingAPI and Fivestar
- sidecontent
- taxonomy access control
- quotes (for testimonials)
- legal
- messaging
- privatemsg
- privatemsgmm
Your job:
To upgrade the system and have it running with an extra domain name.
If you already have such a running constellation and you think that it would be faster just to use your setup and push the content onto the server, then please let us know.
You will have ssh and scp access to the host.
Code and changes:
The modules used will be out of our repository.
All updates will have to go first into our repository and a copy will be used for the installation.
All configuration tweaks have to be documented, especially changes that have to be dealt with when upgrading the core and modules.
Your experience:
You are an experienced Drupaler. You have experience with installation profiles, drush and svn.
Delivery:
- Everything has to be running - sites updated, modules running, shop purchases are possible.
- Documentation of code tweaks.
- Database and directory backup
Project length:
We are looking for a turnaround within 7 calender days.
