Web Designer - Filipino Wanted 15.04.08
We are looking for a freelance website designer for some upcoming projects, would be an ongoing gig. You MUST be an independent, freelancer. We do NOT want to deal with any companies or co-ops. You should preferably be from PH, no Indians, Pakistanis, Europeans or North Americans please.
A mastery in website design is required, if you can do cartoons or flash that is a plus. Please post your portfolios and your rate per hour/per month and we’ll get back to you.
