we have the information for this already made, we just require it to be in the uniform page layout as the rest of the site

contact information along with a web form to email questions and inquiries
MOBILE ALERTS:
this is the main part of the site. It MUST be expandable and easily updatable. It will include different leaugues (ie. NHL, FIFA 2008 etc). When a league is selected it will load, within the same page, a list of teams and icons(team logos) with chosable bullets next to each. When a bullet is selected an a “keyword” should appear (the keywords will be provided). At the bottom of the teams there should be room to input an option to opt in to the service. We will provide this code and just need it implemented.
