I’m building a directory site. I’d like it to look like this.

The subject will be different, but I like how clean this site looks. I want all the features this site contains.
SEO optimization as well. Add Google Ads on page.
This should be a WordPress Site. You will upload site to my host.
When you are done, all I want to do is add my content and make live.
