Install Wordpress & Customize 22.04.08
I am working with a web designer who needs to design around wordpress. We think it is best to install wordpress and the features I need and then she can design around it. I am looking for a layout very similar to this site:

They need to join the site to comment, submit a story, or get advice.
Here are the features I need the wordpress to have:
My website will be called MotherinlawHell. Women will have the ability to submit all types of stories such as funny motherinlaw stories, Sad, Scary, Horror, and Sweet Stories). I need a feature where people can add their stories and they will show up in a section like they have on the site referenced above.http://www.ecorazzi.com/. I will need these stories broken up in categories and listed on the site.
Then, I need another section where people can submit advice questions and then other people can comment on it. Parts of the recent comments will show up on the page in a box like shown on http://www.ecorazzi.com/. I like the way the two sections are displayed on that site (recent comments and popular posts).
In the main blog section, I will be posting information and people will have the ability to comment.
I would like the site to have a space to promote other sites like blogrolls( I believe they are called.
Search by type of story, search by blogger, browse by Date, etc.
