1. Install Wordpress theme found here: http://www.der-prinz.com/2008/01/20/wordpress-magazine-style-theme-branfordmagazine/

to my Wordpress account. I will give the selected programmer my login information.

2. Revise the template per the attached PDF. Please do not bid if you have not viewed the PDF or if you cannot modify the theme.
