I need a complete website with a easy and clean design, very minimalistic about pictures of birds. Blipfoto.com inspire me very much by his simple design and because it has some features that are very similar to my needs. http://errolstewartphotography.com/archive.php is other site that looks like the design that I´m looking for.
The main idea is to create a website about birds in wich every user (registered with login and password ) can upload only one picture, just one (and other data) about a specie of bird that can be commented and voted by visitors of the site.
Detailed needs are:
· Home page must show tumbs of de most rated pictures on black&white turning to color when the mouse of visitor scroll over one picture (similar to the homepage of blipfoto.com )
· Main page must include tag clouds
· Main page must have links to lastest pics, most rated, most commented and most popular
· Main page must have the option to show an aleatory slideshow of the pics
· A registered user can only upload one only picture of one bird, but after logging, he can change it (and his data) as many times as he likes.
· When an user is registered, a page is created with a simple type of subdomain like xxxxx.com/specie1
· Register Users can define tags for his picture
· A Register User decides if his picture can be rated or not
· A Registerd User decides if his picture can be commented or not.
· A Registered User can link to his friend users on the site.
· Every picture uploaded creates a square tumb of it, that can be show on main page.
· Website must validate standars , have a 2.0 look, and be optimized to SEO
