It needs better internal linking structure and reduction of outgoing links.

Also I need someone with good keyword research and implementation to my texts for better SEO.
I also have a few new terms I want to rank for, this needs to be implemented.
The winner of this project must have previous project example and proof of top ranking in SE in real competitive area.
