Writer Needed 28.09.08
A Writer is needed to draft a Concept Paper (CP).
The Writer must have experience writing proposals and concept documents. The project requires the Writer to have some basic knowledge of a functional Postal System in a developed country and developing country (US and Indian Postal Network as an example). Research material will be provided so the greater need will be to bring the concept together. Since this is just a Concept Paper, it should be no more than 20 pages.
