Wsdl/soap Xml In Classic Asp 09.07.08
We are web developers using Classic ASP (3.0) and need to hire out a portion of work. We need a WSDL/SOAP section integrated with an existing ASP page to consume web service xml data as follows…
1. Connects to an XML Web Service at http://api.productserve.com/v2/ProductServeService?wsdl
2. Sets up Headers so that userid, password and type ‘affilate’ are sent with every request.
3. Sends the Web Service a product name or code (already on the ASP page)
4. Displays (in the ASP page), say, the top 5 cheapest vendors of the product.
This should be no more than a day’s work for an experienced programmer. Please only reply if you are highly skilled in WSDL/SOAP using Classic ASP 3.0. Experience with ShopWindow Web Services would of course be a huge plus.
